Who we are
Aether Evolved is run by Mathias Chatara-Morse and Charles Dean Watkins. If you have any questions about your data, email us at chatara-watkins@aetherevolved.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.

• Mailing list: your email address, if you join the list or tick the sign-up box.

• Website data: basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, rough location, device type) collected by our website platform.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your message.

• To send you emails you’ve signed up for: new videos, guides and updates. We only email you if you’ve opted in.

• To understand how people use the site, so we can improve it.

We never sell your data.

Who handles it
Your data is stored with Squarespace (our website platform) and Google Workspace (our email). Both may process data outside the EU, under standard data-protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Messages: as long as needed to handle your request.

• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser.

• Essential cookies keep the site working (security, forms, remembering your cookie choice). These are always on.

• Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which pages people use. These are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
